Ingredients
2 medium avocados, mashed
1/3 cup Daisy Sour Cream
1 tomato, diced
2 tbs chopped fresh cilantro
1 1/2 tbs diced onion
1/2 small jalapeno pepper, finely chopped
1/2 salt, divided
24 shelled deveined uncooked small shrimp
2 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp ground ancho chile pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp olive oil
24 tortilla chips
Directions

1. Stir avocados, sour cream, tomato, cilantro, onion, jalapeño and ¼ tsp. salt until blended.

 

2. Toss shrimp with cumin, ancho, garlic and ¼ tsp. salt to coat.

 

3. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 3-4 minutes, turning and stirring frequently.

 

4. Spoon guacamole onto tortilla chips and top with shrimp.

 

5. Dollop with additional sour cream if desired.
